Our machining process is to use a milling machine for rough machining, and then vacuum heat treatment (leave enough allowance to deal with deformation during heat treatment). After the heat treatment is completed, aging treatment is performed. Next, we use a precision surface grinder to process the four planes to ensure that the dimensional tolerance, plane finish and parallelism requirements are met. Finally, we will use the wire cutting machine to process the fine hole shown in the figure.
