We use material 1.2738 which imported from Germany with hardness HRC33-35 to process this component. This is a riveting machined part in the mechanical mold industry, part of the concentricity requirement is accuracy, the outer teeth are fine teeth, so pay attention to the tolerance of the tooth size. We use high-end processing machine center to process this part.
After CNC machining, the surface grinder is first used to grind the bottom surface, and then the bottom surface is used as the benchmark for machining other hole sizes. After drilling, the burr on the control edge must be removed. The chamfering on the parts shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawing to prevent the production of sharp corners. Finally, we use QPQ blackening treatment to prevent rust.
