When processing high-precision tin bronze shaft parts, the following methods can be used:
1. The tool should use single crystal diamond as much as possible, and effectively obtain the best lattice position. When sharpening the geometric angle of the ultra-finishing tool, a wide blade and a large rake angle can be used.
2. The precision of all moving parts and transmission of the machine tool must be higher than the machining precision. The machine tool must have sufficient rigidity to avoid vibration during processing. At the same time, the influence of environmental vibration must be avoided.
3. The machine tool spindle must have long-term high-speed running accuracy, and must have a lubrication and cooling system. Because PCD is used for high-precision machining of tin bronze materials, it must be rotated at high speed, and the accuracy of the spindle will directly affect the machining accuracy.
4. The superfinishing allowance should be small, generally less than 0.1 mm. After semi-finishing, the workpiece must be fully cooled to the temperature of the machine tool before super-finishing. Too low or too high will affect the accuracy. There must be sufficient and effective cooling during processing to avoid the temperature of the workpiece rising due to the processing heat, resulting in thermal deformation and affecting the accuracy.

In its basic form, turning can be defined as the machining of an external surface with the workpiece rotating, or with a single-point cutting tool.

A: Four-sided insert shapes include diamond, square, rectangular and Rhombic. A diamond insert is a four-sided insert with two acute angles used for material removal. Square cutting tips have four equal sides. Rectangular inserts have four sides, two of which are longer than the other two.
