NAK80 is a pre-hardened plastic mold steel. The original hardness can reach HRC37-43. It has good polishing performance and engraving performance, and has good electrical discharge machining. High-efficiency blanking dies, punching dies and stamping dies, various scissors, inlaid blades, woodworking blades, thread rolling dies and wear-resistant sliders, cold heading dies, thermosetting resin molding dies, deep drawing dies, cold extrusion Press mold.

Generally used in mirror polishing molds, anti-dust, TV filter plates, cosmetic boxes, precision wrinkle processing molds, office automation equipment, and auto parts EDM molds. Transparent products or products that require a smooth finish, such as transparent product molds on household, automobile, camera, computer and other supplies.
